Is this the greatest supplement ever? Tastes great, works fast..
I recently switched to the light formula.
Anyone have experience with this?
Should i still take a multivitamin even though there a ton of vitamins listed on muscle milk?
Also, where can i buy this shit cheaper and in bulk.
thanks

Good stuff indeed..... And yes, you should be taking a mutli-vitamin also; there are alot of micronutrients, etc that your body needs.... What else are you taking?

Actually was using Muscle Milk for a while but didnt like the Sat. fat content. I actually talked to sawastea and he turned me onto SANS Infusion. I got the Cinn/Oatmeal and this stuff is great. Not as good tasting as Muscle Milk but works even better. The
ingredients are also much better. A little expensive but well worth it

SAN Infusion is a far superior formula, albeit, more expensive. MM is decent, great tasting, though the CHO profile leaves a lot to be desired.

Was checking oday at health food store and he said i needed to drink four glasses a day. If that is right would only last 15 days. is that right? Seems very expensive, that doesn't bother me if it works, however doubt i could eat anything i would be so full.I would be ordering every week or have to get a case at a time.:drink:

I take it first thing in the morning. Serving size is 4 scoops. I mix it with 10 egg whites and it tastes great.

Odd, I mean it is calorie dense. Whole food > liquid food. I wonder why he said that. You could take it six times a day if you want, but I wouldn't. Just take that (or MM) when you're on the go and don't have time to cook something up.

Depending on your size, and exercise level, four scoops may not be necessary. Three scoops could be the norm, thus giving you more bang for the buck.
